Check out the elusive Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake

This 2019 Aston Martin Vanquish belongs to a series of only 99 Shooting Brake conversions performed by Zagato, and is now available at an auction with barely more than 1,000 km (620 miles) on the odometer.

The British automaker teamed up with the Italian coachbuilder in mid-2010s to produce a range of special cars, including coupes, roadsters and speedsters. The planned production quantity was 325 units, and this Shooting Brake was number 45.

Compared to the standard Vanquish supercar, the two-seater features a body largely made of carbon fiber and an original interior almost completely trimmed with leather. A compartment behind the seats and a small niche with an organizer under the floor make up for the missing conventional trunk.

Powering the car is the 5.9-liter Vanquish S V12 engine rated at 600 PS (592 hp / 441 kW) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque. An eight-speed transmission sends the momentum to the rear end.

Elsewhere, the car boasts three-mode adaptive shock absorbers, carbon-ceramic brakes and 20-inch staggered-width wheels shod in 255/35 tires at the front and 305/30 tires in the back.

When new, the car cost an equivalent of $920,000 USD before options. This one has attracted $376,000 so far, but there are still several days of auction left.
