The Cadillac V-LMDh is set to participate in various racing events in the coming season, and every series will be getting its own, unique livery.
For the IMSA WeatherTech championship in the United States, Cadillac will build two cars – a golden one with the number 01 and a red one with the number 31. The FIA endurance championship will be attended by a blue racer bearing 02 on its sides and hood.
All three sport black rear ends, while the front end coat is inspired by the colors of the Cadillac V division. The first racer will hit the track during the 24 Hours of Daytona later this month.
The trio draws its power from a 5.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 working in tandem with an electric motor – a mandatory inclusion for all racecars of this category. The output is capped by the regulations at 680 PS (670 hp / 500 kW). Dallara supplies the chasses.
