Hurry up if you want a 437-PS Lingenfelter Blazer

The new Chevrolet Blazer is available in two main forms in the USA – a four-pot and a six-pot, and the latter happens to be the cheaper of the two if you lease it. The deal runs out in about two weeks, so make up your mind soon, especially if you want to drive a Lingenfelter-boosted version.

The SUV comes powered by a 3.6-liter V6 rated at 312 PS (308 hp / 230 kW) and 366 Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque. This does not sound bad per se, but is still a far cry from the likes of the Dodge Durango SRT. The tuning shop from Indiana proposes installation of an Edelbrock TVS1740 supercharger in tandem with a high-flow intercooler to boost the output.

Specific numbers remain to be disclosed, but preliminary estimations suggest that the Blazer should be capable of around 437 PS (430 hp / 321 kW) and 512 Nm (378 lb-ft) of torque once tuned. A similar kit is currently available for the Camaro and the Colorado.

Judging from the photos, the company will also offer sportier suspension components, brakes and trim elements.
