Ford allows a glimpse of a Bronco pickup

The latest video dedicated to the revival of the Ford Bronco had something like an Easter egg in it, apparently: some of the sketches shown depict a double-cab Bronco truck with multiple truck bed sizes to choose from.

Rumors that a pickup-shaped Bronco was in the works first emerged last summer. Sources said it would go on sale in mid-2024 based on the same powertrain and tech as the standard Bronco SUV, although a performance version would be available with a 5.0-liter V8. The sketches seem to confirm that the company indeed entertained the idea.

Ford has not commented on the supposed leak yet. With the Ranger, the F-150 and the upcoming Maverick – which uses the Bronco Sport platform, by the way – the automaker is hardly in a position to cannibalize its own sales by introducing yet another pickup. Then again, we will know for sure until we get a confirmation.
