Lister to turn 10 Jaguar F-Type R roadsters into beastly supercars

Lister Motors has announced a series of 10 ultra-powerful ‘LFT-C’ roadsters built on the Jaguar F-Type R chassis. Each supercar will pack more performance than anything the marque released to this date. In fact, the first example is already here.

Each Lister LFT-C will sport a custom all-carbon body, a redesigned front bumper, a differently framed front grille, a front splitter, a rear diffuser, a rear wing and a silver serial number plaque on the engine lid.

Compared to the Jaguar F-Type R it is based upon, the car will boast upgraded suspension and exhaust system, as well as high-performance brakes.

The series will come powered by 5.0-liter supercharged V8s rated at 675 hp (503 kW) each, representing a 100 hp / 75 kW improvement over the stock F-Type engine. It will be able to sprint from nothing to 100 km/h (62 mph) ‘in barely more than three seconds’ and max out at 330 km/h (205 mph).

Lister is already accepting pre-orders. The full price of the supercar amounts to £139,000.
