Australian tuner Premcar is known for its off-road performance package named Warrior for assorted Nissan cars, including the Navara SL and Navara Pro-4X. The latest Nissan Patrol joins the list of supported models this week.
Once installed, the suspension upgrades lift the ground clearance by 50 mm (2 inches) at both axles for an approximate total of 300 mm (12 inches). New parts include springs, dampers and a hydraulic body motion control system. 18-inch alloy wheels shod in 34.3-inch Yokohama tires also contribute to the overall height.
The interior is trimmed with what amounts to exceptional luxury by utility vehicle standards – plenty of leather and Alcantara with gloss-black accents throughout.
The Patrol’s stock 5.6-liter non-turbo V8 continues its duty under the hood, outputting 400 PS (394 hp / 294 kW) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels. The only addition here is an active-valve exhaust system with side-pipes.
