This Toyota Crown Athlete exhaust system by Sense Brand is downright monstrous

Have you ever heard of the Japanese tuner shop named Sense Brand? We have to confess only recently learning about the company whose passion is in fitting various Toyota vehicles with insane exhaust arrangements.

The video depicts a Toyota Crown Athlete with its rear almost wholly occupied by mufflers and tailpipes large and small. The center duo looks especially impressive, but even more so when you consider that it is a passenger car standing before you and not a fighter jet. The truck-style side pipes are no less amazing, and the total pipe count is 12. Everything is correctly routed to the exhaust manifold, so, technically, there is nothing here ‘just for show.’

Sense Brand says producing such exhaust cannot be streamlined, as it is painstaking manual work. The same applies to the one-off body kit on this Crown Athlete. And the purpose? ‘We want people to think you have, like, 100,000 horsepower packed under that hood,’ the tuner replies charmingly.
