Check out the most expensive all-Bentley drag race lineup to date

Aside from their connection with Rolls-Royce, Bentley cars are known for their superb driving qualities. Still, performance has always played an important role in the marque’s history dating back to the 1920s when it won multiple Le Mans races.

It’s been nearly a century since Bentley got into the sports car industry. The evolution must have been immense since then, but immense how exactly? In this video by Carwow, enthusiasts bring together four high-end Bentley models from entirely different eras to compare them on the drag strip.

The oldest entry on the list is a 93-year-old Blower worth £20,000,000. Powering the vintage ride is a four-cylinder engine charged to 240 PS (237 hp / 176 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque.

Next down the line is a Bentley Turbo R, a retro sports car rocking a massive 6.8-liter turbocharged V8 with 302 PS (298 hp / 222 kW) and 660 Nm (487 lb-ft) of torque at its disposal.

Competing against them are two relatively modern cars. One is a Continental R armed with a 6.75-liter V8 TT capable of 420 PS (415 hp / 309 kW) and 880 Nm (650 lb-ft). The other one is a Continental GT Speed dominating the spec comparison with a W12, six liters of displacement, twin turbos, 659 PS (650 hp / 485 kW), and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque.

It would hardly be a spoiler to say the GT Speed won the tournament, but by how much? And how did all the individual races pan out for the older participants? See for yourself!
