BMW has updated its XM offerings, leaving the hybrid crossover without the “normal” spec rated at 653 PS (644 hp / 480 kW).
That version was the first to the market and was called simply XM. Later on, an affordable variant called 50e was added with an inline-six engine and up to 476 PS (469 hp / 350 kW). The 50e remains available and will be priced from €134,000 when it goes on sale in Germany soon.
What used to be known as the Label Red is now called simply Label and is considerably different from the old version. It still produces up to 748 PS (738 hp / 550 kW) from a V8 and a single electric motor, but rides on larger 22-inch wheels. The pre-facelift variant had 21-inch standard wheels.
The new XM Label also benefits from black exterior details, new interior trim options and an 11-kW AC charger (up from 7.4 kW). Prices on the domestic market begin from €183,000.
