Chevrolet announces the next Corvette ZR1

The hottest-in-lineup Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is officially set to debut in the coming summer, promising more power and torque than any other version.

It’s also official that the mid-engine sports car will retain a V8 engine. The specifics are still unannounced, but rumors say it will be receiving assistance from twin turbos and a front-mounted e-motor, just like the Corvette E-Ray before it.
