Continuing its collaboration with Cupra, ABT Sportsline has released styling and tuning kits for the Spanish brand’s two SUVs – the Terramar VZ and the Formentor VZ.
Starting with the compact-sized Terramar, it received a largely software-based tune-up to 325 PS (321 hp / 239 kW) from the stock 265 PS (261 hp / 195 kW). The peak torque also went from 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) to 450 Nm (332 lb-ft).
On the outside, the crossover stands apart from its kin thanks to 21-inch, glossy black ABT Prime wheels, a two-piece rear spoiler and a matching front spoiler lip. It also wears an ABT badge on the radiator grille and has a few accessories in the cabin, such as new floor mats.
In turn, the Formentor gets massaged to 400 PS (394 hp / 294 kW) and 470 Nm (347 lb-ft) of torque. That’s a solid improvement over the stock 333 PS (328 hp / 245 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft). The rest of the kit, including the wheels, the aero parts and the interior, seems to be largely the same as above.
Both packages can be ordered in Germany starting at €6,420 for the Terramar and €6,190 for the Formentor one. Both come with a 5-year warranty.
