Southvan’s Transit camper looks practical with four beds and a slide-out kitchen

Vans turned RVs tend to have a major defect: they are fine for shorter trips, but not ideal for living your life in the wild. Enter the Southvan Allrounder, a vehicle that tries to address this issue by offering a decent set of equipment.

For one, the car can take up to nine people on board, although only four will be able to sleep inside of it. Two beds are located on the ground floor and two more just under the pop-up roof. More interestingly, there are special rails built into the floor that you can use to take some of the furnishings out and free up space for some large cargo, for example, a few bikes.

Then there is a slide-out kitchen with a water tap that you can pull out and use as a shower nozzle. Naturally, you can do this outside, but it is still a clever solution for warmer climates – and it sure beats having no shower.

Elsewhere, the camper has a fridge, power sockets, storage boxes and other useful equipment.
