Lancia has revealed the street-legal version of its Ypsilon HF hot hatch. It will debut with upgraded suspension, 240 PS of electric power and a sported-up exterior. It won’t go on sale until May 2025, however.
The Lancia Ypsilon currently on sale utilizes a single e-motor rated at 156 PS (154 hp / 115 kW). In contrast, the new version will pump out 240 PS (237 hp / 177 kW). It will conclude its sprint from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.8 seconds.
Aside from that, the Ypsilon HF will benefit from a sportier chassis with less ground clearance and most likely performance brakes, too. Lancia also mentions a wider track. As for the body kit, it will be designed with a look back at the marque’s rich automotive heritage, including the legendary racers united under the HF badge.
