Car tuning
Many EV critics argue that all-electric cars character. While that may be so, an enthusiast from Weston, Massachusetts came up with an extremely unorthodox way to fix it: soap bubbles.
The bubble kit is supposed to be installed where the exhaust tips usually are on ICE cars. Once there, it lets Model Y drivers unleash bubble sprays from the twin tips. It costs $700 to buy and install in the state, with the creator working on making it available in the rest of the U.S. as well.
He says it was his son who gave him this idea. The implementation is really simple: you put a soap water tank into the trunk and connect it to the fake tailpipes via flexible hoses. Bubble guns in the tailpipes do the rest of the job.
It’s unclear how road-legal this silly toy is. At the very least, we suggest not using it directly in front of another car.
