Toyota Prius tries another Kuhl Racing body kit on for size

Kuhl Racing has presented a new body kit for the fifth-gen Toyota Prius. It is called ‘Kruise KR-60PRR’ and is being promoted as ‘understated’ and ‘basic’, although you may want to form your own opinion on those counts.

To us, the front end is the only part of the car looking anywhere near restrained with its smallish splitter mounted below the apron. Large fin-like attachments at the sides of the grille bring out the sportiness of the hybrid car, and side skirts contribute to the sleek, aerodynamic image.

Moving on to the rear reveals a three-piece rear wing and a modest-sized, but eye-catching rear diffuser. The arches are flared by just 9 mm (about 0.4”), and the suspension is lower than stock.

Rounding off the styling attempt are Verz Wheel five-spoke rims. The diameter is unspecified, but the curved spokes go really well with the rest of the exterior, in our opinion.
