The TH2.997 is a VW van with a Porsche 911 Turbo engine

Just look at this sporty van TH Automobile just put up for sale! Called the TH2.997, it is essentially a Volkswagen T5 with a 3.6-liter, six-cylinder Porsche 911 Turbo engine under the hood. Ever dreamt of combining the versatility of a minivan with the raw road performance of the sports car? Here you go!

The vehicle pictured here has 580 horsepower (432 kW) at its disposal. However, the tuner says you can have it boosted to a stellar 800 hp (595 kW) if you want to.

TH Automobile can also turn the Volkswagen T5 into an all-wheel-drive vehicle, but it asks for a brand-new, never-used T5 to work with.

If you think the engine is the only part this crazy build lends from the Porsche 911 Turbo, you are mistaken. A look inside reveals Porsche steering wheel, instrument panel and center console controls. And it all manages to look so smooth, you can’t help wondering just how much time and effort the team put into it.

Now on to the sad part. The TH2.997 costs €140,000, which is roughly equivalent to U.S. $160,000.
