The Volkswagen T-Cross has been around for nearly four years and has sold 1,200,000 units so far. To keep the sales high, the company decided to put it through a planned facelift.
The vehicle in the gallery below is an R-Line trim wearing a Grape Yellow paint coat. New elements include linked Matrix LED headlights now included in the base spec, silver-tinted undercarriage protection, 16-inch alloy wheels and revised taillights.
All versions now ship with a digital dashboard, which can be up to 10 inches large. The center console accommodates a new, standalone 8-inch display that goes up to 9.2 inches in the top trims.
The engine assortment boils down to a turbo three-cylinder mill rated at 95 PS (94 hp / 70 kW), its variant boosted to 116 PS (114 hp / 85 kW), and a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 150 PS (148 hp / 110 kW). The drive is on the front axle with no further options.
