Zacoe redefines modern BMW M2 with a styling upgrade

Recensie
Automotive giant Great Wall Group has quite a few sub-brands running already, and the latest addition comes in the form of Tank, a badge the company plans to put on its high-end off-road focused vehicles.
The Chinese company debuted the Wey Tank 300 last summer. The body-on-frame SUV, which you can find in our gallery and the attached video, looked too different from posh Wey-badged crossovers, so the company decided to establish a new sub-brand. The titular photo shows its T-shaped emblem.
The marque will be officially introduced at the Auto Shanghai show on April 19, 2021. It is possible that the company will also reveal a new Wey Tank-based vehicle, which could be a design study or a production car prototype.
The Tank 300 may later enjoy the company of newcomers with ‘600’ and ‘900’ model indexes, as well as a more off-road-capable Haval H9.
The Wey Tank 300 came out in January this year and is still only available in China. Priced between 175,800 and 213,800 Yuan, it has sold 9,318 units in the first two months of the year, which amounted to over 40% of the marque’s total sales.
With Wey dropping the Tank from the lineup, it will only have coffee-themed car names remaining in its catalog, specifically Mocha and Macchiato.
