Xpeng plans to introduce six new cars until 2025

The Chinese automaker specializing in EVs has released its development strategy for the next year and a half, highlighting an intention to launch as many as six new EVs.

The report comes from Car News China referencing official documents allegedly leaked on Weibo. According to these, the minivan formerly known as the Xpeng H93 (see the photos and the video) will reach the market later this year under a different name – X96. It is expected to cover around 800 km (500 miles) on a single battery charge.

Next up on the list is a full-size sedan provisionally called ‘F57’ It is scheduled to debut in next June under the final production name ‘Xpeng P6’ and go on sale with 700 km (435 miles) of range and a starting price of 200,000 Yuan.

In August 2024, a compact crossover SUV so far known only as ‘F61’ is expected to go on sale with 550 km (342 miles) of range and 150,000-Yuan starting price. Another crossover, codenamed E39, should become available around the same time. It will pack a 100,000-Yuan premium over the F61 and offer 570 km (354 miles) of electric range, according to the leak.

The automaker also plans to unveil its first coupe-shaped car next October. It has a temporary name ‘E29’, an estimated range of 650 km (404 miles) and a starting price of 300,000 Yuan.

Last but not least, an entry-level sedan named F59 is slated to hit the showroom floors in China in late 2024. That one has a manufacturer-rated driving range of 550 km (342 miles) and should begin from 150,000 Yuan before options.
