Activ is a trim level reserved for those wanting a more presentable appearance for their Chevrolet. The Traverse lineup currently lacks the option, but things may change soon.
Camera-wielding car paparazzi have tracked down this particular SUV in southeastern Michigan. It looked noticeably different from its peers with production-ready slim headlights barely noticeable at the sides of a new radiator grille and some other major changes. The most important ones seem to be an added fascia trim with towing eyes, a skid plate below it, and a quartet of Corvette Stingray-style exhaust tips at the corners. They suggest that the Activ trim option may become available in the next generation.
Having said that, the vehicle is still under development, and we have yet to catch a glimpse of the interior. Large digital displays would be our main expectation.
