Texan tuning company Hennessey Performance has waved the Hemi V8-packing Ram 1500 goodbye with one final edition based on the pre-facelift version of the truck.
It is called Mammoth 400 and is wearing a wrap reminiscent of the Dodge Viper livery. Aftermarket upgrades include Fox shocks in the suspension, 22-inch wheels and a carbon-fiber body kit.
The engine boost is surprisingly tame in comparison. Allegedly, Hennessey has managed the 5.7-liter engine from 401 to 426 PS (from 395 to 420 hp; from 295 to 313 kW, respectively). These are unconfirmed figures, though, and the tuner’s website fails to mention any specific upgrades.
Only 250 units will be made.
