Mercedes-Benz and CaDa have presented a 1:8 scale replica of the famous AMG One hypercar, which consists of 3,295 parts and is remotely controlled. The retail price is U.S. $550.
The team that worked on the replica has made every effort to replicate the shapes of the original car and its components, a no small feat considering that the result is only 54 cm (21 inches) long and 24 cm (9.4 inches) wide. Note especially the headlights, the roof scoop, the wheels and the rear wing. The cabin has also been reproduced with great attention to detail.
The RC car draws its power from two independent electric motors. You can use the remote to open doors, toggle headlights and taillights, accelerate, brake and steer.
