After years of staying away from the U.S. market, Morgan Motor Company has officially resumed shipments. You can already order the Super 3 model starting from $53,938. The Plus Four is expected to become available later on.
The U.S.-spec Super 3 is a sporty three-wheeler that differs a bit from its counterpart for Europe. Most notably, the designers had to move the headlights closer towards the center and revise the taillights along with rear turn indicators.
Powering the Super 3 is a 1.5-liter, three-cylinder Ford engine rated at 118 hp (120 PS / 88 kW). The only transmission on the list is five-speed manual, and it comes straight from Mazda MX-5 Miata.
Morgan claims that the sports car takes 7 seconds to launch from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph).
