Another Defender gets turned into a camper SUV

Who in their sane mind would dispute the fact that the Land Rover Defender counts among the most versatile SUVs in the entire world? It lends itself to virtually any purpose, just as long as you have the money to pay for the customization job. This latest example comes from CamperHus, and it is a fully functional camper.

It looks like the two front seats is just about all that remains from the donor vehicle. The rear cabin now boasts a wooden flooring, and there is a bench, which unfolds into a bed, running down one of the sides. The other side is occupied by storage cabinets, a miniature kitchen stove, a sink and a folding table.

The CamperHus Land Rover Defender also contains a fridge, a few 240V sockets and a roof that you can lift to be able to stand up straight.

The engine could potentially be the only weak spot of the entire build. The tuner left the drivetrain in its stock condition, which might lead to the increased weight limiting the actual off-road capabilities of the car. Then again, the vanilla Defender is by no means a slouch, and should therefore do just fine in most situations.
