Video: Here's one lucky Nissan Maxima wreck in Lambo Revuelto clothing

Famous Vietnamese YouTuber NHẾT TV, best known for his painstakingly crafted replicas of supercars, has shared a story about turning a battered Nissan Cefiro a.k.a. Maxima into a Lamborghini Revuelto lookalike.

The car lost its engine and bodywork before the conversion. It then received a stainless-steel frame overlaid with handcrafted steel panels. To reproduce the finer body and aero elements of the Raging Bull hybrid, the team working on the project used modeling clay. Once the clay took on, they shaped glass-fiber panels on top of it and then removed the clay. The result is a lightweight and authentic-looking bodywork fit for a real sports car.

The same approach was used for the lights and the interior. The engine never made it back under the hood, so the replica isn’t drivable, but it looks stunning for what it is. NHẾT TV proudly adds that it cost 14,500 times less than the real thing. Specifically, the Maxima wreck was procured for $200, whereas a genuine Revuelto starts from $2.9 million before options.
