Mansory-tuned Flying Spur is born to offend Rolls-Royce purists

Around six months ago, Mansory unveiled its original take on the new Bentley Flying Spur (watch the video for details). The executive sedan lost the last shreds of understatement in favor of sporty aggression – not a direction most owners would take it, but still. Yet another tuned example arrived this week, and it swears by the same formula.

Metamorphoses begin at the front end, where there is a unique bumper, an air splitter, reshaped air intakes, a different radiator bezel, and a carbon-fiber hood.

The sides feature red pinstripes and elongated skirts, while multi-spoke wheels finished in black with red accents fill out their respective arches. Novelty at the tail-end boils down to a new bumper, a lip spoiler and as many as three Mansory badges.

The cabin follows the same overall theme with special kick plates and lavish white leather covering the door panels, the seats, some of the dashboard and the steering wheel. Carbon-fiber accents featuring less common strand patterns round thing off with flair.

This is not to say the powertrain stays stock. Mansory has extensively modified the 6.0-liter W12 to produce 720 PS (710 hp / 530 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque. Tuned like this, the Flying Spur needs 3.6 seconds to launch itself from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph).
