Dongfeng-owned Chinese car marque Forthing has been selling its mid-size crossover SUV called T5 Evo for two years now. Until recently, buyers could choose from two trim levels, but a new top trim called Hurricane Edition has been added to the lineup now.
The main distinction is in the front end styling. The radiator grille became wider and the whole front fascia now looks rather badass compared to the old version. There are imitation carbon bits all around, black door trims, a revised rear bumper and a new gear selector.
Several technical modifications were implemented as well. Among other things, peak torque went from 285 to 300 Nm (from 210 to 221 lb-ft). The power stayed at 197 PS (194 hp / 145 kW).
