You can buy this Brabus 6x6 truck or 7x Mercedes-AMG G 63 for the same price

Brabus is selling one out a handful of its exclusive XLP trucks right now. Dubbed the 900 6x6 Superblack, it packs 900 horsepower and can be yours for €1,411,000. For perspective, a stock Mercedes-AMG G 63 costs just €187,000 in Europe – one-seventh of the asking price.

Judging by certain cues, this particular pickup was used by the German tuning company for the ad photo shoot. It is 6,183 mm long with 3,372 mm between the first and the second axle and 1,050 mm between the second and the third one. The suspension uses portal beams all around.

Like the original G 63, the Brabus truck uses a 4.4-liter V8 for propulsion. However, its displacement volume has been increased to 4.5 liters and the output lifted to 900 PS (888 hp / 662 kW) and 1,250 Nm (922 lb-ft).

The example on sale comes loaded with multiple option packs, including a full Widestar carbon body kit, a remotely controlled 4.5-ton (10,000-lb) winch, an expedition rack on the roof with some extra lighting, and illuminated automatic running boards. The bed is lined with carbon and teakwood and sports a roll cage. All exterior chrome bits have been darkened.

The interior trim involves lots of black quilted leather and Alcantara with some custom embossing, as well as aluminum and CFP trim bits all around. Intriguingly enough, the rear seat occupants get their own set of instrument gauges on the ceiling.
