Mansory-tuned, 827-PS G-Class travels stateside

While wealthy Arabs may constitute a major portion of Mansory clients, the tuning company occasionally delivers its ultra-luxury vehicles to all corners of the world. One of their most recent creations was snapped up by Road Show International in Atlanta, USA.

The tuning company didn’t reveal whether it was brought in for a customer or one of the shop owners. What we do know is that it is a Mercedes-AMG G 63 upgraded with Mansory’s Gronos package to deliver 827 PS (816 hp / 608 kW) along with 915 Nm (675 lb-ft) of torque.

Outfitted like this, the German off-roader can attain a top speed of 282 km/h (175 mph). It also reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.5 seconds – a full second faster than its stock counterpart, the tuner claims.

Like most vehicles in the Gronos lineup (see video), this one also wears a carbon-fiber body kit and features a completely redone interior. Whoever ordered this example wanted it to shine in matte black with no distracting accents. The cabin received an overhaul in Mint Green leather and artificial suede. Mansory logos made it onto the wheels, the seats and even the “starry sky” LED ceiling.
