Strosek Auto Design had spent several decades building a name for itself modifying Porsche 911 models, but it wasn’t particularly known for its Porsche 928 projects, and the seller claims this one is like no other in existence.
The 1977MY coupe sports flared fenders at both ends, as well as modified doors outfitted with aerodynamic fins. Authentic-looking BBS aftermarket wheels fill out their respective arches, and the overall impression is that of a fine factory-stock 928. Of course, the purists will notice the somewhat too aggressive body kit and realize it’s been tuned.
A separate mention goes to the interior, which comes draped in light brown leather with a checkerboard ornament on the doors and door cards. The listing neglects to mention any 4.5L V8 drivetrain upgrades, but admits that the car has around 159,000 km (nearly 100,000 miles) behind it. A complete drivetrain restoration was performed at roughly 120,000 km (74,500 miles).
