Mansory tuning is enough for the Rolls-Royce’s Spirit of Ecstasy to turn green

Fiddling with the exteriors of ultra-deluxe vehicles, and in particular chauffeured Rolls-Royces, is considered bad taste and a deviation from the society rules, but go tell that to Kourosh Mansory. The Iran-born German car customizer has no such qualms and keeps churning out over-the-top cars to the paying clientele.

This RR Ghost saloon is the tuner’s latest victim. Originally understated and elegant, it is no longer recognizable as such. Everything except the vents and the headlights comes wrapped in a shrill green wrap that almost burns the eyes straight from the screen. Neither the mirror caps nor even the Spirit of Ecstasy bonnet ornament is spared. The bonnet lid itself stands out a bit thanks to its darker shade of emerald green and a marble-like pattern.

Complementing the gaudy finish is a forged-carbon body kit including a front splitter, side skirt extensions, a rear diffuser and a couple of rear spoilers. The interior is awash with white leather and more carbon-fiber accents.

There are reasons to believe that the car was tuned to be driven, rather than chauffeured. The main clue is the engine, which went from its usual 600 PS (592 hp / 441 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque to 710 PS (700 hp / 522 kW) and 1,020 Nm (1,006 hp / 750 kW). As a result, the heavy luxury limo now needs 4.4 seconds to sprint from standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph).

The pricing details are unknown.
