Toyota continues teasing the new 4Runner

The new Toyota 4Runner will debut on Tuesday, April 9, but in the meantime, we've got another teaser pic to look at.

It depicts boxy taillights and a retractable rear glass. Earlier generations of the SUV also had a drop-down rear window, which gradually became their trademark of sorts.

While not official, it looks like the new 4Runner will be based on the Toyota truck platform.
