Aside from the all-electric ZDX, Acura brought images of an early concept vehicle to the Monterey expo. Called the Electric Vision Design Study, it borrowed some of its styling from the company’s discontinued hybrid sports car, the NSX.
The car has slim vertical headlights similar to those of the track-only Acura IMSA Prototype. A light bar runs across the slightly tapered nose, and a glowing badge can be seen on the hood.
The manufacturer says that the Design Study is meant to give us an idea of a potential sports car of the future. It is unknown what kind of drivetrain it may get or when it might reach the market.
