Curv, the company founded by ex-Aton Martin driver and Le Mans winner Darren Turner, has unveiled its latest sim rig – the AMR-C01-R. Prices in the UK start from £58,750.
The gaming rig has a carbon-fiber body and a front fascia that resembles Aston Martin Racing models. The way the seat is mounted puts us in the mind of the Valkyrie supercar, and the company says it’s still height-adjustable. The steering wheel looks like a real racing yoke.
A 49-inch curved screen with a cool 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time displays the graphics. The rig packs some state-of-the-art gaming hardware under the hood as well – a 14th-gen Intel CPU, 32 gigabytes of RAM, 2 TB of hard drive space, and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 to top it all.
This isn’t the first time Aston Martin and Curv collaborate on a racing sim rig – you can find the previous model in the video here. That one was sold out rather quickly, though, and the company argues that it wasn’t as ergonomic or technologically sophisticated as the new one.
The AMR-C01-R will also be limited, so hurry up if you want one. Only 50 units will be delivered with preorders opening in April.
