Ford Mustang GTD laps up the North Loop

Ford’s extreme Mustang GTD has been envisioned as a race car from the start, and it has now lived up to that claim by completing an official Nürburgring lap.

The time has been recorded and will be revealed on Tuesday, December 10. Ford used to say it needed a sub-7-second lap time to make a point with the GTD version. We will see how it played out next week. A good enough North Loop time can drive sales for Ford – both in Europe and the rest of the world.
