Acura NSX gets tastefully tuned Down Under

Having graced this world since 1990 until 2005, the iconic Honda/Acura NSX is now increasingly becoming the center of everyone’s attention again. Pininfarina is getting a restomod called JAS Sensei ready to rumble, and other companies are reminiscing about that unique supercar, too. Autotique, from Sydney in Australia, has a comparatively understated body kit in stock for NSX owners looking for a styling update.

The company stocks up on kits for both generations of the coupe. The changes look so subtle that Autotique calls them “OEM+”, implying that something like it could have easily originated from Honda or Acura themselves. There’s a modest front splitter, side sill extensions and a barely visible rear diffuser with a ducktail wing at the back. All parts are carbon-fiber and installed seamlessly – no cutting required.

For those looking for more, 3D artist Pistonzero has a visualization ready. The video shows an NSX coupe dressed out in a Toray carbon body kit complete with flared fenders and a fully animated LED rear end called HyperTail. The car shown is virtual, but those interested may always ask Autotique to fabricate the necessary components.

As far as we know, the interior and the powertrain stay stock.
