Honda has confirmed that the next generation of the Passport crossover is already in development, sharing some pics of the wilderness-ready TrailSport spec. The full reveal may take place in early 2025.
Starting with the exterior, the front end looks drastically new with vivid yellow DRLs (exclusive to the TrailSport lineup) and a large “Passport” lettering below the radiator grille. The grille itself looks reworked, although the honeycomb pattern stays in place. Reshaped side mirror covers and new roof rails round off the changes seen in the teasers.
Honda claims the new TrailSport spec will be even better suited to driving on soft roads. To that end, it is set to receive a sturdier, stiffer body and unspecified “state-of-the-art systems” designed to improve its overlanding capabilities.
