Jeep’s tiniest crossover utility vehicle, the Avenger, has been refreshed for Europe and will soon be coming to South America, with Brazil handling the local production.
Although not completely revealed just yet, the Avenger can be studied in detail in the gallery above. As you can see, new additions include a backlit radiator grille, a sportier front bumper and revised light signatures both front and rear. Other than that, the city compact stays barely over four meters (158 inches) long.
It also looks like there will be new body colors and wheel designs to choose from, but that’s about all for now. The interior remains to be revealed, as do the powertrains. The current Avenger is obtainable as a plug-in hybrid rated at 136 PS (134 hp / 100 kW) and an all-electric vehicle with 156 PS (154 hp / 115 kW) at the wheels and up to 400 km (248 miles) of range. Mild-hybrid and ICE variants exist in select countries; it remains to be seen which ones make it to South America.
