2025 Ford Expedition shows up ahead of premiere

Ford has released the first teaser pic of the new Expedition SUV slated for debut on Thursday, October 3.

Compared to the current version introduced seven years ago (seen in the rest of the gallery and the video), the new one looks only mildly updated. Ford doesn’t explicitly say whether it’s a facelift or a new generation, but everything points to the former. As such, we aren’t holding our breath regarding any powertrain upgrades or other tech improvements.

It is also likely that Ford refreshed the Expedition in the same vein as Lincoln did its premium twin, the Navigator.
