Porsche Taycan tries a Vivid Racing body kit on for size

Ten months ago, U.S.-based tuner Vivid Racing obtained its very first Porsche Taycan EV for tuning and filmed an excited video about it. Today, the tuning kit is finally available.

Included are a front spoiler lip, side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a trunk lid spoiler sporting a typical 911-like ‘ducktail’ look. Everything is rather understated, to the point when an inexperienced viewer may think the car only has OEM parts. The kit comes made from carbon fiber and is obtainable in ‘gloss’ and ‘forged’ finishes.

The only issue we have with the styling is that the ducktail at the rear seems to automatically age the Taycan by a few decades. Luckily for everyone, the tuner sells parts individually as well, so it should be easy to just pick whichever ones you like. Consider spending the money thus saved on a set of custom 21- or 22-inch rims or a lowering mod for the stock air-ride suspension.
