Battery-powered Opel Vivaro-e Life could be yours for £34,650

Opel has launched its latest all-electric minibus model, the Vivaro-e Life, in Great Britain. Prices start from £34,650 for the base spec.

The base spec includes 16-inch wheels, an air conditioner, a multimedia system with Bluetooth support, cruise control, electronic parking brake, and heated side mirrors.

The £46,420 top trim adds 17-inch wheels, Xenon headlamps, power tailgate, blind zone monitor, panoramic roof, massage-enabled front seats, leather upholstery and a ten-speaker audio set.

Powering the minibus is a single electric motor worth 134 hp (100 kW), which sips its juice from a 50-kWh battery and can go on for around 230 km (143 miles) once fully charged.
