Minivan-based RVs are small compared to other campervans, but we just found one such example successfully converted into a home on wheels by Oasis Camper Vans.
Getting your own conversion like this is possible starting from as little as U.S. $9,800, although the average suggested price is $12,000. Of course, these estimations do not include the costs of obtaining a Toyota Sienna base vehicle.
Despite its compact dimensions, the camper packs plenty of actually useful features, such as a kitchen sink and a portable stovetop. Third-row seats can be dismantled to free up room for a kitchen area with a mini-fridge, general-use and drinking water tanks, a bucket for used water, and assorted storage opportunities. There is also a folding bed sized 4x6 feet (122x180 cm).
Oasis Camper Vans lets its clients customize the camper however they want, which includes picking the wood species for the furniture, the colors and materials of the floor, the bed and the rest of the trim, and even the design of the window curtains.
