Voyah Passion L presents cabin

Car spies have nabbed down the latest Voyah Passion L a.k.a. Zhuiguang L and photographed its interior, reports Autohome.cn. It seems incomplete, suggesting that it could be one of the earlier pre-production examples.

The transmission tunnel section with the cup holders and the wireless charger pad looks particularly weird here. It seems to be made from the cheapest plastic available out there, clashing stylistically with the light-hued leather of the armrests. The seats also look like they don’t belong in the same car: both are dark grey with perforated leather midsections.

While the trim is all over the place, the dashboard seems normal enough. It houses two displays that look-production ready: a rectangular digital dash behind the steering wheel and a floating infotainment screen to the right. The currently available Voyah Passion uses a quad-display infotainment cluster with three screens combined into a single console and an extra display mounted on the transmission tunnel.

According to the Chinese car magazines, the Passion L won’t be a stretched version of the regular Pasion sedan. Instead, it will be a luxury spec with extended equipment and upscale looks. To that end, it will get unique headlights and a distinct radiator grille sporting thinner, cleaner vertical bars.

Option-wise, buyers will be able to get the latest Huawei ADAS package and let the car drive itself in certain scenarios. The IT giant also supplies the infotainment operating system for the Zhuiguang L.
