Any love for an obscure post-USSR-era bike still in original packaging?

Someone in the USA is auctioning off a Minsk Wildcat 125 motorbike produced in Belarus in 1998. It still retains its OEM packaging and could become your own exotic two-wheeler for around $750.

The Minsk Motorbike and Bicycle Plant designed the Wildcat specifically as an enduro bike for exports into the Western countries. This one made it as far west as Scottsdale, Arizonam and is now listed for sale in half-disassembled state. The steering wheel and the exhaust system are available, but not installed.

The frame is black, while the rest wears a red-and-white finish. A 125cc, two-stroke engine delivers an unspecified amount of power to 18-inch wheels via a four-speed transmission. The brakes are of drum type all around.

Despite having been apparently stored without any use, the Belorussian bike hasn’t aged well. There are visible rust stains, chipped paint and a fuel hose that’s cracked in multiple places.
