Check out 1 out of 333 Audi A1 Quattro three-door hatchbacks ever made

A 2013 Audi A1 Quattro, one of the German company’s smallest all-wheel-drive sports cars, has cropped up on sale recently but never met reserve. Let’s throw a glance at it.

The original (see video) was the company’s response towards the general market interest towards smaller, sportier hatches as the time. The Quattro was based on the A1 Clubsport quattro concept revealed in 2011 with an Audi RS 3 engine under the hood boosted to 503 PS (496 hp / 370 kQ).

The final production version of the A1 was downgraded from that engine to a 2.0-liter four-cylinder producing 256 PS (252 hp / 188 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. It utilized a six-speed manual transmission and needed 5.7 seconds to reach 100 km/h (62 mph). The top speed was 245 km/h (152 mph).

All A1 quattro units were finished in the same way: white exterior, black roof for contrast, and 18-inch, white, rally-style wheels.

The example on sale had a touch over 90,000 km (56,000 miles) on the odo, but received regular maintenance in authorized care centers, so its condition was described as excellent.
