Audi has 10 more RS cars planned for launch until 2026

Audi hopes to roll out ten more performance cars from its RS lineup within the next three years, AutoExpress reports quoting Audi Sport Managing Director, Dr. Sebastian Grams. Both petrol and electric vehicles will be in the mix, but the former will be officially discontinued since 2026, so you can consider them the last ICE RS models.

Per Grams, the all-electric Q6 e-tron SUV will also debut in RS guise. The production EV will go on sale later this year, while the RS version should follow in 2024. There is no new information at the time, but if you missed it, the original Q6 e-tron model was announced with 470 PS (464 hp / 346 kW). The RS spec was announced with 650 PS (641 hp / 478 kW).

Audi  Sport boss also said the upcoming RS models will be styled more aggressively to make them stand out from their mass-market counterparts. He mentioned the e-tron current GT and RS e-tron GT models, pointing out how hard they were to tell from each other.

The RS 3 hot hatchback, which already received a Performance Edition last spring, is on the way to receiving an even crazier non-electrified version. The company promises to exceed the 407 PS (401 hp / 300 kW) that the model’s 2.5-liter five-pot turbo is making currently.
