Car Tuning
German tune-up shop ABT Sportsline has unveiled a new limited edition called Audi RS3-R. Based on the sedan-bodied Audi RS 3, the custom car gets new appearance, interior and suspension while retaining the stock engine. Only 200 units will be made.
In the RS3-R, the chassis makes use of stiffer springs that drop the ride height by 25 mm (1 inch) at the front and 30 mm (1.2 inches) at the back. Paying extra gets you dampers with adjustable compression and rebound. Sports-grade sway bars and 20-inch light alloy wheels reducing the unsprung mass are already included in the standard spec.
For exterior, customers can go for a whole body kit made of carbon fiber. Included in the set are a front bumper add-on, front fenders, side sill extensions, a rear diffuser and front winglets. The side mirror caps and exhaust tips were also redesigned to match the new look.
A peek inside reveals special floor mats, new kick plates, LED image projectors in the doors and a different engine start button. The dash panel bears a plaque with the serial number of the car.
All prices are pending.
