Swiss tuner upgrades and accessorizes the BMW Z4

The dÄhler team proposes freshening up the appearance of the BMW Z4 M40i while also boosting its engine output using one out of three available programs.

Stage 1 lifts the output of the 3.0-liter inline-six to 408 PS (402 hp / 300 kW) and 610 Nm (455 lb-ft) of torque. Stage 2 improves upon it with 430 PS (424 hp / 316 kW) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft). Finally, Stage 3 promises 455 PS (449 hp / 335 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft). The former two options retain the OEM speed cap at 250 km/h (155 mph), while the latter removes it, letting the Z4 go all the way to 300 km/h (186 mph) or so.

It’s worth pointing out that all upgrades are compatible with both the automatic Z4 M40i and its manual counterpart released not long ago. Further options include a body kit composed of a front and a rear spoiler, and a 25mm (1-inch) drop in suspension height. Those looking for more precise control can get coilovers instead of regular sport springs.

Rounding off the list are two dÄhler wheel sets. They are called CDC1 and CDC2 and come in two diameters – 20 and 21 inches (available for both sets).
