Video: 28-year-old Chevrolet Camaro with 10.3 liters of displacement

How powerful do you think this seedy-looking 1991 Chevy Camaro really is? Over 800 hp / 600 kW, actually. Read on to find out why.

From what we know, tuner Cleetus McFarland bought this ride already engine-swapped to a 7.7-liter Chevrolet V8. This means 468 cubic inches of displacement room – a dream of any car aficionado, or a nightmare if you look at the fuel consumption charts. However, later on McFarland felt like doing another swap, this time in favor of the Blueprint Engines’ monstrous Eliminator mill with a whopping 10.3 liters (632 cubic inches) of displacement.

According to the tuner, his 1991 Chevy Camaro produces 816 PS (805 hp, 600 kW) at 4,500 RPM and 1,040 Nm (767 pound-feet) of maximum torque at 6,200 RPM.
