The Ford F-250 is a power-packed and reliable truck capable of traversing wilderness despite its huge dimensions. However, at U.S. $87,630, it is beyond the reach of most customers, who had been offered a $52,445 base spec called the Super Duty Tremor XLT instead. This base spec has now been ditched.
A Ford representative told Motor1.com that the most affordable F-250 on the market was no longer available to buy or even pre-order due to the ongoing electronic component shortage caused by the coronavirus disruption. The Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum Tremor trims remain available, though.
You can still find a 2021 Ford Super Duty Tremor XLT on sale in a few dealerships online, but be sure to act quickly if you want one: these are all leftover stock now.
